| Personally, I would go back on induction for a few days to get back quickly to ketosis and then resume OWL, but would definitely count the carbs. If you don't count, you will never know what your CCL is or how to maintain when you finish losing. |

| Hello! I agree with the previous posters. I would go back to induction for a few days and get your body into ketosis once again. |
