Unhappy Gave into temptation! Really need some advice please.

Hi everyone!
I have been on Atkins now for 7 weeks and i have done quite well, i lost 10.5lbs so far. Got another 11lbs to go.

I am currently on Rung 1 of OWL, to be honest not really counting carbs but still losing.

I intend to really start counting them and doing the plan properly.

What i really need advice about;i gave into temptation yesterday for first time, had a large bowl of vanilla ice cream and 5 biscuits. Never thought i would do it as so determined.
What should i do;i started a fresh this morning,should i continue on OWL as i was doing to see if still losing weight or what?

Any advice really would be appreciated, can't believe i cheated.

Personally, I would go back on induction for a few days to get back quickly to ketosis and then resume OWL, but would definitely count the carbs. If you don't count, you will never know what your CCL is or how to maintain when you finish losing.

Hello! I agree with the previous posters. I would go back to induction for a few days and get your body into ketosis once again.
