| If you only have twenty pounds to lose, I would definitely move on in spite of the cheat. You have to start finding out how your body reacts to more and different carbs before you reach your goal. This can take a couple of weeks at each rung. Many people find their losses do not slow until they reach the higher rungs of owl. Move to rung one and eat more veggies. Sraying at induction does not necessarily mean faster losses. |

| Wow you have done wonderful! There will still be plenty of weightloss on OWL. Certainly start with increasing your carbs a bit eating from the legal induction veggies. That first rung is very important and also not very scary since all you do is eat the same things as on induction.

| Ok, I am starting Rung 1 Today!! Extra veggies, I can handle that. My parents plant a huge garden every year, so I am really excited about that. Thank you for the support!! |
