| from what i have read, lots of people lose more weight in OWL than in Induction. bodies tend to get used to the same foods/caloric intake and adapt pretty quickly. not only will it be good for you to add a bit of carbs and variety to your diet, but also to shake up your system and make it work a bit harder!! i have debated continuing induction for longer than 2 weeks as well as i'm having great success on it, but i know that the numbers on the scale will slow, and i want to eat some berries |

| Staying on Induction does not mean you will necessarily lose faster than if you go to the next rung(s). In fact, the added variety of the rungs may keep you on track since you won't get bored. I have found that I am actually losing faster on rungs three and four than I was on Induction (as long as I watch my blueberry intake, LOL). Don't be afraid to move up.
