| Sounds like you're right on track, Kathy. I'm at 40-45 carbs a day and I continue to lose at 1-2 pounds a week on average and I'm happy. I know it's a slow process, but as long as there's progress, I'm good...especially with having to work on toning the skin that's deflating

| I'm still in the process of trying to find mine. Right now I'm at 30 and still losing.
