| Okay, I did a search, and the Hood site says it is 'calore countdown' instead of 'carb' now and to look in Kroger and Walmart. Crossing my fingers they stock it!

| Someone posted this recipe for making your own low-carb milk. I think it was on another board and I don't remember who. If it's someone here, sorry I've forgotten. This is the variation I use. I think it's excellent, and cheap too! Hope this helps. Mix these ingredients well and always shake before using: 4 cups water 5 Tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder+ 1 teaspoon nonfat dry milk powder 1/3 teaspoon salt 4 drops liquid splenda 1/2 cup cream |

| You know, the dry powder used to be cheap, but not so much now. I went ahead and got the low carb milk at Krogers. I want to be able to consume more than 4 oz at a time, most of the time, and it did make good yogurt.

| I got the hoods milk and made yogurt and it turned out all weird. Really watery and texture was strange. That's when I read the ingredients

| I'm a real milk fan now because of the prices and taste of the other stuff (yuck and yuck)....about a 1/2 a serving and I'm happy.
