| Good for you for dumping the frankenfood (Atkins bars) and switching to decaf. After this I am going to give you a rep point for starting OWL over instead of going all the way back to induction. Keep up the great work!!

| It is a good thing. You can get them for all sorts of reasons...being helpful. Doing well. That sort of thing. You can give them by clicking on the little scales in the upper right of someone's post. You can check yours by clicking on the User CP near the top of the page.

| Elsie thanks for the rep point. Super cool. In regards to the decaf, I had my first cuppa today and it was surprisingly good but I had a killer headache (still have)all day today. Should have taken it slower. To anyone else trying this I would have recommended a cup of half regular and half decaf to start and slowly wean myself off. Oy... |
