| Not really any advice. I though rung two was somewhat straightforward. I like cottage cheese and yogurt and both are pretty much part of my diet now. Since you have not reached berries yet adding some essence or sugarfree syrups to the yogurt works great. You may also try to incorporate milk/cream in some cooking. Creamy veggie soups are great- especially now that it is getting colder.
