| Yes, that's correct. Are you using Fitday web or PC? If PC, you can custom the view to display "Carbs-Fiber".. But you are doing it right anyway, you need to subtract fiber from carbs total to get "net carbs". Some other subtract "sugar alcohol" as well, I would stay away from these anyway or count them towards my net carb intake to be in the safe side. I would also recommend you move to rung-1 and add one cup of veggies there to your routine, this will most likely get your weight loss moving again.

| Thank you so much for your help. That means that I have been counting wrong since March 1. How depressing. I still lost weight but I think it was because I was basically starving myself. Hence the reason I always have cravings and fall off the wagon!

| Cravings could mean that you were eating something that messed up your blood sugar and/or you weren't eating enough fat with your carbs. Move up to OWL. Dr. Atkins wrote that the only people who may benefit from staying on Induction longer than 14 days were the people with a high metabolic resistance to weight loss. Since I've been a member of this board, there have only been about 5 people who truly had a high metabolic resistance according to Dr. ATkin's charts---the majority of us have average resistance. Also, moving to Rung 1 OWL means you add 5 net carbs of any Induction veggie to your current Induction menu.

| Thank you. I should have done that a long time ago. I hopefully can make it through these cravings and get myself back on track.
