going out to eat chinese

my kids love chinese food and so do i we havent had since i have changed my life style to atkins so we went to our local chinese buffet the only thing i thought was safe to eat was butterd shrimp ang they had garlic chicken i had 1 serving is tasted sweet so i went home and tried to find a chinese food carb list and i cant find any one with chicken and mixed veggis with garlis sauce any help to a link would be helpful

My family is the same way... but instead of doing the buffett that is ALWAYS deadly, order steamed veggies with chicken - tell them to hold the MSG. The kids and my dh still go through the line just like normal but I get a controlled plate of veggies and chicken. - it works for me. Something to think about.
