ok i wanted to find my ccll so i was at 35g a day i dont eat berries and not much on beans so i went to 45g a day just eating more of what i was i did add low carb beer and my ketosis sticks are still reading that i have a small trace of ketones still should i keep going up until there is none or is 45g of carbs my ccll i havent lost or gained in the past week how long should i stay at 45g now if i go back to 20g a day will the weight start coming off agin i am a long way from still 60lbs to go
