| Good for you. The majority of our daily carbs during Induction were to be from veggies. And as you progress through your Atkins, you'll be eating more vegetables than what the USDA recommends daily.

| Well doen on getting started on the main weightloss phase of Atkins ![]() My favourite way of eating green beans that are leftover from another meal is to fry them in butter to crisp them up.

| Hummmmm Green bean Omelet, for some reason I don't think thats going to make Linda's recipe list. Asparagus season is coming up, makes a great quiche. |
