| This thread got lost in the crowd. Oops. Cocoa extract is processed in the same way as vanilla extract, so they are both allowed even during Induction as long as you use them to "spice up" your foods. I think the mock danish ("legal" for Induction) uses something like 1/2 teaspoon per serving. With an average of 40% alcohol, that's 1 ml of alcohol. About the syrups. I don't know the answer, but I'll ask someone else for help.

| Hi CP Georgiana asked me to pop over I have ordered the davinci caramel, pancake and ameretto syrups from lowcarbmegastore. I have never tried any of the chocolate ones so I am sorry but I can't tell you what they're like. Out of the three I have bought, I only like the caramel one. If ever I have used chocolate, I would use green and blacks organic cocoa powder or Lindt 85% cocoa chocolate bar. I have never used chocolate syrup. I'm sorry I can't be of more help xx PS If you click on the picture of the product on lowcarbmegastore, you will get a mark out of ten from people that have rated it. I have found that very useful. |

| Thanks, both of you - I am planning on an online shopping spree - probably after the end of the month (pay-day of course!)
