| It is important to learn where our borders are and what we can and cannot do. There are going to be times on our journey towards thin and healthy that we face a setback. It is normal. The important thing to do is to think about the experience and learn from it and get right back to normal. Eating out can be hard but it is possible to do it. I suggest perhaps when you guys go out for supper next time you go to a place where you know it is easy for you to stay legal. (For me that would be Red Lobster or a steak house - lots of foods that keep me happy and not feeling left out) and work from there. Most places will accommodate easily to you. You do not have to go to induction because you had too many carbs. You can go back to rung 2 or if you really feel a need a few days on induction then back to where you were. Congratulations on going right back because for some that would be the hard part. You are already back on track and that is what matters.

| Liv's right!! Jump back on the wagon. We'll circle around and pick you up! Mistakes are part of the learning process. Just don't be discouraged about the results. I don't recommend jumping on the scale if it'll derail you now! Just climb back on, give it a week or two and things will fall in place. |
