| Hi Danielle. Congratulations on the loose size 12's! What a great feeling that is!!! And about rung 2, I was so looking forward to eating things like Cottage Cheese and Ricotta cheese, but after I tasted them again, I didn't even want them anymore! So I sort of skipped that rung after the first day and went on to rung 3, nuts and seeds. And that's the rung that gives me the most trouble because it is so easy to overeat on it. Peanut butter has always been my downfall. The only thing I eat now on that rung is flaxseed in muffins. Have you read the stickies in the Atkins Phases forum? They will help you alot. |

| My advice about rungs would be - take your time on them. Explore the different foods and really take time to know how you react to them. My reaction to Rung 2 is almost the opposite of Nyna's. I love that rung.

| Thanks Liv and Blueberry Lady,it's good to get advice from others already on/been on OWL. I am moving onto OWL Rung 2 on Thursday, looking forward to it. Going to try diffrent cheeses, i am bit worried i might put on weight, think thats because i am used to doing Low fat. Only one way to find out though. I will also read all posts and stickies too. Thanks for your replies, really don't know what i would do without this Board( Like a big family all going through the same thing). Danielle |
