| What I do is either increase my carbs or add a new food. If you do them both in the same week and "stall", you will not know what is the cause -- the extra carbs or an intolerance to the "new" food. On days when I am eating a "new" food, I am keeping my carbs constant by slightly reducing the carbs from other food groups.
