| That's okay, but if you stall, you will have to figure out what stalls you -- the new food you introduced or the higher carbs. The book says "Increase your daily carb intake by no more than 5 grams each week." So if, on average, you increase it by a little more than 2 g (which is what gives if you eat 30 carbs 3x a week and 25 g 4x a week), you are still in the 5 g range.
