| I eat it mostly plain. Sometimes I throw in some sauteed celery and celery root, mint, dill, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil to make a dip for vegetables. For the dip, what I use is 7 oz Fage, 2 oz shredded celery root, 1 oz thinly sliced celery, 1 garlic clove, 2 tbsp mint leaves, lemon juice from one lemon wedge (maybe 1 tbsp... I never measured it), 1 tbsp dill, butter and olive oil. Saute the celery and garlic in butter, add the dill and the mint leaves. When they are done, mix them with yogurt, lemon juice and 1 tsp of olive oil, and then chill. I eat this with cucumber sticks and pepper strips. Edited to add: By the way, you might want to add salt or salt and pepper to this. I usually don't add salt to food.

| Ok, I want to know where to get fage yogurt. I live in the U.S. and unfortunately am limited to what WalMart carries most of the time. Where do you buy it? |

| Ever, if you are in the Northeast, Shoprite carries it. Danni, add a heaping helping of tandoori spice mix and a squirt of lemon to make tandoori chicken marinade. Mmmmm. I also use instead of sour cream sometimes. My family can;t tell the difference so it is a great substitution when I am out of the sour cream. I also make tsatsiki with it by adding garlic and chopped cucumber. Or slice the cucumbers and make it a salad instead. |

our Walmart carries Greek Yogurt - I don't know if the brand is "Fage" or not but they do have Greek Yogurt, I almost bought some yesterday but decided to stay on Rung 1 a little longer.

I adapted the rev roll recipe using 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons of fage yogurt, 4 tablespoons of ground almonds and a pinch of salt, then spread out 4 naan-shaped piles on a baking sheet and baked in the oven. For rung 2 you could make them without the ground almonds Not the same as a 'real' naan but acceptable for dipping in the tikka sauce, which I made from the tikka marinade plus a little sweetener.

| We tried some Lidl's Creamy Greek Yoghurt yesterday - it is very creamy and absolutely yummy. We both preferred it to the Fage, and I thought the Fage was good. The nutrition counts are similar - allthough the Lidl's carb count is slightly lower. CP PS - it is also less than half the price of the Fage! |

I didn't even like yogurt until I tried Fage. One bite and I was hooked. Good stuff! Mix fage with chopped fresh dill, ground firm cucumber, minced garlic and a little sea salt and you have heaven in a bowl.
