| Sorry!! I am in a similar place and have decided to avoid the scale for a few weeks. I do feel like my clothing is fitting better. |

| momof3chicks is right. Are you taking body measurements? The scale won't move every week and that's perfectly normal. Don't get disappointed and just keep following the plan correctly.

| I'm not giving up. I feel too good on this WOE to give up. I just expected more since I have such a large amount of weight to lose. Going to continue on OWL rung 1 for a while and mix up different veggies. Since the scale didn't move, I don't know whether I can make a determination about the green beans and/or the avocados I was testing this past week. Not sure whether to remove them from my diet or to go another week with those two veggies without adding anything new. |
