Default Tell me to keep at it!

I am on the dairy rung on OWL. I haven't added much, really just a low carb yogurt one day.

Otherwise, I am really still eating much like the first rung. Meats, Eggs, Salad Greens, Cheese, some other vegetables here and there (broccoli, spinach, cukes, a tad of tomato on salad).

I needed to lost 30 - 35 lbs in total. I started at 206 (I am 5' 9" tall and pretty dense- muscular). I went down to 198 or so during induction. The first couple weeks of OWL, I went down again to maybe 195. This week though, I am down barely even a pound, maybe 194, but still pretty close to 195.

I have 20 lbs to go. I exercies 4-5 times a week, for 40-50 minutes.

Is this pretty normal- keep going???

Yup it is just about the norm. Keep going is the key word. And really good job!!! How many carbs are you doing now?

Truthfully, I haven't been counting exactly, but I am probably still in the 25 gram range. I really want to be bathing suit ready by late June (beach vacation) so I am being conservative.

Only 25? I don't know much but it seems low for that stage or maybe you're underestimating a little. Anyways, many congrats for the effort you've made and you will be a in bathing suit in no time!!! KEEP IT UP!!!

I wish I looked like THAT!! I may be underestimating some, but my main carbs most days are

lettuce
salad dressing
mayo in tuna or chicken salad
splenda and cream in decaf coffee
cheese stick or two
various other salad vegs on salad
