| Welcome to the Board. Maybe not calories are your problem. Where in OWL are you, what rung? What foods did you add before you stopped losing? What is your current carb level? Do you know your CCLL?

| hi Georgiana i am at OWL rung 2, i dont want to consume the products ot the other rungs since carbs dont make me full good. because of my many years as a swimmer i consumed huge amounts of carbs and i dont want them anymore. so i want to avoid products like berries,alcohol,whole grains. i mostly rely on meat, fish olive oil, cheese, lettuce,eggs. my carb level is about 60 gr a day. i think my CCLL is about 80 gr per day. |

| Since you were a swimmer, I imagine your muscle mass is quite high. Do you know what is your current body fat percentage?

| hi again, around 45 are net carbs, coming from a solgar whey protein supplement i consume mostly. so the other 15 gr come mostly from vegetables. my fat percentage using the accu measure method if you happen to know it is 12 %,but using a scale that counts electro resistance is 20 % !!! |

| Just checked your BMI - its 25.7, which is almost perfect The England Rugby hero Jonny Wilkinson is the same age and height as you (look here) Perhaps there isnt that much fat to lose? and you are a muscular sporty guy? Keetje |

| fat free i am about 71 to 71,6 kg, but i need to loose at least 4-5 kg to be in the desired shape. the thing is i am stuck and i cant figure out why... |
