| Thanks for the reply Georgina! It was Cashew nuts,i ate 1/2 oz three timesin the week...they are very high in carbs huh. Yes i didn't have much food in the house so i had the corned beef and Bistoat same time as nuts,also cheese nearly every second day. I kept my carb count the same. I dont eat sweetnersor cream,fizzy drinks at all. Do you think i should take out the nuts this week and keep the same carb count. TOM is due in another week and a bit but i never gained so far,just stayed same or lost. Thanks for your advice! Danielle

| If you had corned beef and Bistro Gravy Powder every other day, that's what probably caused you to gain weight. But to be on the safe side, eliminate cashews this week and try adding them back next week or later.

| Thanks Georgina! I dont intend to have the Corned Beefor Gravy Powder again....make sure i got food in. I have decided eliminate nuts for a week then see if weight loss i try them again and see. Thanks Danielle. |
