| What low carb diet are you following? This bread contains grains, so it is not allowed during the Induction phase of the Atkins Diet.

Despite all your good intentions, you're mightily tempted by a food you're not supposed to have. What to do? I'll tell you this: You'd better have a strategy ready!" | I love Jimmy Moore. That is a funny episode. A really scarry topic: bread And I think that bread looks really good. Jimmy clearly says in that video that this not for the induction phase. So Atkins friendly but not induction friendly

| That looks fabulous, but I'm wary about introducing something so addictive back into my diet now that I've overcome the cravings. |

| Not just not good for induction, but according to the book, not allowed. No grains on the allowable foods for induction.

So a good addition once you reach the grains level/rung of OWL (if your body is fine with it) but not an induction 'legal' option.

| I can't believe I missed that video (and I subscribe). I just ordered 4 loaves. Some will say $40 is high for 4 loaves of bread...I say what is my life worth. I've been getting the Mama Lupe low carb tortilla's from netrition (3 net carbs) and they are good. What worries me is that this bread has many more calories...I know we don't count those I'll add another comment in the OWL section after I get them. Really looking forward to a grilled cheese. Thanks Mike |

| I think it is not right to have this bread thread in an induction forum so I am moving it to OWL now.
