| OK I'll move it for you. G may not be able to sign in today. But she will be back soon. I can tell you what I think though. I think that jam is made out of berries and ans such it can be tried out on rung 4. Your bread sounds great. Do you have a recipe to share?

| Thanks Liv! My bread IS great! Even my hard to please non atkins sister liked the small tin loaf I baked for her! Recipe (very simple) 250g Ground almond flour 50g organic butter 4 tsp mixed spice or cinammon 2 level tsp baking soda 5 medium eggs Mix dry ingredients together Melt butter then mix wet ingredients together Combine ingredients and bake gas mark 150 (uk) for 40 mins the top of the bread should be a nice golden brown Small bread tin 9x4.5x2 will make 20 oz loaf and 10 servings total NC Per loaf 9.1 |

| you can make your own!!! it sounds harder than it is. i think you need pectin or something cant remember right now. but you can get sugar free and use whatever fruit you want and splenda. my brain is in a fog right now sorry. |

To be honest, I never checked the ingredients carefully as I don't really care about jam. Mom makes strawberry jam home though and she makes a few servings without added sugar. I remember it being quite good, but it's been years since I had any. Probably you could use any other berries. Grandma makes jam from raspberries (with sugar), but it has a lot of seeds in it and... well... she's the only one eating it that way (the rest of us are spoiled I wonder on which rung you can have rose jam...
