| Good for you! I have to force myself to exercise because I can't stand it--I only tolerate it because it's something that has to be done....like a Pap smear. That's why I get rid of it first thing in the morning.

Personally I must admit I do love to exercise -- and this is from someone who has done anything and everything to avoid exercise my entire life. I am adding more variety of exercise this past week and am getting use to having other muscles being sore in the morning....just don't bother me when I'm biking!!! |
