| yes Liv and it is absolutely delicious! thoroughly recommended! in the end i cooked it a bit longer than 40 mins and took it out when the top was starting to brown ie around 50mins. xx Last edited by rhiannon99; June 17th, 2009 at 01:32 AM. |

| Me too - when I see 'normal' quiches at functions I think to myself "not much filling in that" and much prefer my crustless ones

| Do quiches have a crust??? I actually never had one with crust. My first quiche was a "crustless" one.
