Hi,

I did a flawless 14 week induction back in early/mid May and lost 10 lbs during that time. I was/am very pleased. However, I became weak during a vacation and have since been off of Atkins. It as been almost 3.5 weeks since I was on Atkins and I have not gained/lost any weight.

My head is back in the game and I am ready to finish my goal!

I have 15 lbs that I want to lose and I was wondering if there are any experienced Atikins dieters out there that may offer me the best route to take to shed these last lbs.

Do your Induction. Then move to OWL Phase immediately.

Don't make the mistake of staying on Induction until you reach goal or are a few pounds from goal. OWL and Pre-Maintenance Phases teach you what foods and in what amounts your body can tolerate. If you gloss over these Phases, you will reach Maintenance and have no idea how to eat for your body.

oops i meant to write a 14 DAY induction on my original post....14 weeks ha! and flawless too haha.

So, just want to get this right....should I do another 14 day induction and then move on to OWL??

Yes, once you've been off for weeks, you should re-do induction. You'll need to get back into ketosis. I'm glad you came back!
