Induction - OWL - Induction -OWL Question

I started induction some weeks ago and lasted for 3 weeks before moving to the next phase, which I stayed on for a couple weeks before getting taken to sushi by a friend...way too many sushi rolls...well I went back on induction for a week and got back into ketosis (measured by lipostix) and was wondering whether or not I should pop back into phase 2, or try and do induction for another week before OWL...any thoughts?

Pick up where you left off on your OWL.

By the way, the next time you go for sushi----look for the low carb alternatives like sashimi, rather than the sushi.
