| It depends on how many foods you are adding on each rung. You are supposed to introduce one food on a rung every other day, so if you start craving or stop losing you know that particular food is a problem. Some rings take several weeks. That's why we advise people to start the rungs early. |

| I'd go slowly and add as many new foods to each rung as you can....the last of your weight will come off slower, so there's a good chance you'll have plenty of time to see which foods you can eat and which ones might cause you problems.

| I think I have spent months and months on some rungs - slow works well. Glad to hear you decided for OWL. Testing out foods and adding food and getting comfortable with them is going to be a big help.
