| Good for you for jumping back on! The only motivation I can give you is to remember how great it felt to be in control of your foods and getting slim as opposed to your current state.

| hey thanks Megs--Yeah, although my clothes still seem to fit the same, I am noticing a bit of tummy bulge again. In fact, I was wanting to get down to 125 and now I guess that since I've gained this 5 pounds, it would be good to get to that weight as sort of an insurance policy. I started back on Induction today to jump start me a bit--hopefully that will do the trick. |
