| If you look on packages, you'll see that most manufacturers give a number of nuts that will make up a 1 ounce serving. The thing is this: you'll have to follow the number for each brand because some manufacturers use smaller nuts than others.

| Also in the book, there is a section in the OWL chapter that has how many nuts equals 1 ounce.

| I added peanut butter in OWL Rung 3 and didn't have a problem with it - it isn't a trigger for me. A lot of people find portion control difficult with peanut butter. If you add it and don't get cravings/stop losing weight, then it is fine

| i added pb in rung 2 actually... just becuase i didnt add cottage cheese... i know im not going "by the book" but... i am also figuring out what is working for me.. and if its working for me, its good enough for me i havent seen an issue with it.. i started to intro a few nuts the other day.. but then .. i just hate that i am spending soo much $$ on so little |
