| Woot! It is nice isn't it? We are on the same rung and I just yesterday added almonds in. I am adding them in every other day to start. I love cottage cheese too. I don't usually eat it every day though..for no particular reason other than just the way my meals/snacks go. I can't wait to get to rung 4! Don't plan to hang around rung 3 for too long. I basically just want to see how I do with almonds. |

| I am not sure what you are doing. But I am glad you are liking it But the rules are One food from one food group at the time. Try for a week. Only one food at the time. 5 more carbs when you move up the rungs So moving up is a slow process - one step at the time.
