| Check in the morning to see if you are in keotsis -- if not go back to induction foods for a few days until you get back in and stay on Rung 1. You need to learn how to combat your cravings, not give in to them. Did you go from induction to Rung 3 (nuts)? Also - get rid of the bars, they aren't legal until further up the rungs - check the ingredients ....what sweetner is in the gum? You should have had some vegetables with your meal. Try again tomorrow - good luck.
