| I bet it's just the scale and you didn't actually gain 5 lbs... or at least not 5 lbs of fat. How did your measurements change? If you prefer foods with a bit of salt, I'd leave the salt in for another week.

| Thanks Georgiana. I can do with out salt, but i've been seeing salt in a lot of recipes and figured i should give it a try...but i think i can do with out Since starting OWL my waist has gone down 1 inch. and the biggest part of my tummy 1/2 an inch....so i guess i should rely more on the measurements... |

| Congrats for getting smaller! ![]() Scales are evil. I find going by inches and by the way my clothes fit far better.

| Just a tip on the salt thing.... Since I've switched completely to sea salt, I found that I don't have the water retention problems. You also don't need to use as much as regular table salt. Good luck - we all have our issues with the dreaded scale monster!!!! |
