| Good job for moving to OWL Rung 2! Take is slowly and add only one food at a time, not more than 3 times a week. You might want to use the Blood Sugar Symptoms Test in DANDR (Ch. 12) to check your reaction to new foods.

| Hey Shelley. You will be fine. It allows you to make all kinds of good recipes with the added cheeses and dairy. Moussaka, eggplant rollatini, creamy soups, cheesy casseroles...lots of pluses here |
