| If you are consuming more than what is allowed on Induction, then yes, you are OWL Rung 2. But introduce new/more foods carefully, so that you observe your reaction to them. And only introduce one new food per week.

| By the way, how much cream is per serving in those recipes you've been making?

| Hi Georgiana, Mostly, it's in the danish I eat ~3 days per week, which has 3 Tbs sour cream. One batch is 6 danishes, I eat no more than 1 per day. I also put 1-2 Tsp. of heavy cream in my coffee every day. Twice this week I made scalloped "potatoes" which I poured in 1/2 cup of heavy cream. I split it with MIL so my portion had 1/4 cup. Sometimes I make quiche, which calls for 1 cup of heavy cream; but I'd eat 1 slice which is 1/8 of the quiche.
