| That sounds really good. I like feta with zahtar and olive oil. Zahtar: 1/4 cup ground sumac, dry 2 teaspoons dry thyme leaves 1 teaspoon cumin seed 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon salt |

| Zahtar is a Middle Eastern spice blend. Sumac are the dried fruits of a plant. It has a lemony, sour taste.

| I'm not even sure if I can find that here in Denmark....Should I go to an asian shop for the Sumac? Is it industion legal? Maybe I can find the spice in a well-assorted shop.... |

It's a nice spice and the flavor is unique. The last time I had anything with zahtar in it was several years ago: a friend's wife made a Middle Eastern rice dish that used it as a spice.
