New Flax Bread Recipe

It was easy for me to find the mini loaf pan. I think I found it at Krogers. I think Target and Walmart have it too.

I'd looked and looked for mini loaf tins in Ireland and they are very hard to find. I eventually got individual ones, not a tray, in TK Maxx last week, they only had the 3 I bought, but maybe they have them in London.

Im having trouble finding the Vital Wheat Gluten in the uk, i looked on the low carb megastore site and they didnt have any. I tried my local health food shop and they didnt have any either

Do you know of any other places where i can get it or order from online? is it known by any other name maybe??
