| This is great with steak...I don't know the exact nutritional content but it didnt affect my induction negatively at all. I used it with some ground sirloin steaks and it was really good. I actually used some hot creole mustard (less than a tsp).
3 Tbsp prepared horseradish
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
