| Still to "carby" for me, but DEFINITELY useful for some here!

| Oh, I agree, most of it is too carby, but I like the baked cheese stick slices idea. I might try that tomorrow and take them with me in a little baggy as a snack. liz |

| Thanks for sharing Liz Actually the carb count for those replacement ideas are not too carby for some. They list "carbs eliminated" which are not the actual carb counts for the different replacemets for the recipe their listing. Don't forget to count the fiber into the equation for Net Carbs. I like the cheese stick idea too.
