| Hi, Sandy is right - don't let this be a reason to give up. Also I used to cheat a lot and it was useful to think about what triggered me off and how I could cope with the same problem in the future. I used to be a big emotional eater, but one day someone pointed out that each cheat just sets you up for the next one because you don't break habits or get the sugar fully out of your system - that really made me think. I hope you're feeling better and able to eat right and exercise - which will help with PMS and depression to some degree. |

| Hey Miss Catrina, I met you over at spotlight. Hang in there, this doesn't happen overnight! If you manage to do a clean 2 week induction, most of your cravings will go away! Ooh, I can never have nutella at home any more!
