| Hmmm... you are wavering big time! Chocolate and coffee... You don't necessarily have to cut out your coffee... there is a warning about the caffeine in the book. Have you read it? If caffeine doesn't mess with your blood sugar you may be ok keeping it assuming you aren't putting a bunch of no no's in it. I personally do have a problem with caffeine so I simply drink decaf with just 2 tsp of heavy cream. I've gone from putting sweetener in it to having none. You can do this. This woe is very doable. Just like any other weight loss program out there you have to work the program or you won't succeed.

| I've had to overcome my coffee addiction... several times sadly. I'm off it now, completely and it feels great. I've done it all to quit - cold turkey, switched to decaf (just drank MORE because it was decaf lol) and the most effective - having a half of a cup one day, next day a bit less, even less the following day and down to just a sip the last day (did this over a week) and by the last day - I just didn't want it. I was someone that would drink coffee, just coffee all day long too. |
