| Are you getting enought water? Are you exercising, walking? I am on my second time with Atkins and the weight is coming off much slower, but it is coming off. I have found that I really have to exercise religiously and get my water in for the weight to come off. Stay faithful to the diet and give your body some time to adjust.

| Hi Ceemarie! Thanks for reply. Yes to both. In my research, I found out that it is water gain. Have been on all natural hormones for3 mo. Looking at calen. this would be a pre mens. time for me. A water gain. I am addicted to scale! My mood represents what the scale tells me. (bad, I know). The weirdest thing tho, on Sun., in ketosis, Mon., out of ketosis with a weight gain of 3lbs! Tues., same thing with an added gain of 3 more lbs!! Today, Wed. down by 2. What the hecks up with that? I am NOT giving up this time tho! Like you, was going slow. About 2lbs. per wk. I'm okay with that but the gain? Not. Thank you again for your reply. If I am in the wrong thread or something it's only because I'm not quite a computer wiz. I'll work on it. BABYCAKES |
