| Hello and welcome As far as we can tell smoking does not seem to stall. That said if you are thinking about quiting here is a great place to get support for it.

| smoking in and of itself does not effect the ability to lose weight. It does effect your health and will effect your ability to exercise which will effect your speed of loss. Quitting smoking will temporarily slow down weight loss but you will more then make up for that slowing when you get your exercise going and your body gets healthy again. Happy low carbing.
