| first did both of you have the medical blood work done before you started to rule out any medical reasons like low thyroid? through your entire post I don't see any mention of the mandatory exercise part of the plan. What are you doing for your aerobic and resistance exercise? Are those plans new to your body cause this can cause fluid retention in the muscles when you begin making the scales not move until your body gets used to it. HAve you done a full bnody tape measure measurement and tracked your inches? Are you using one of the free online food trackers like www.fitday.com to keep track of your carbs? if so you can make it public and give us a link and not have to post the foods.

Post a typical menu, can help, as there's often things we don't realize we are doing wrong. Track what you are eating in fitday, and make sure you are counting net carbs. It's also important to have the proper ratios of 30% protein/65%fat/5% carbs (or close to it) during induction. Exercise is key too.

| I know you're taking the steps to get past this, and SOOOO glad you came to join our challenge! I agree about the exercising. If you've started a new routine, the new stress on your joints will cause them to hold water, but it will let go. If you aren't exercising, maybe DH and you can start walking in the evenings. Hope you see that scale sliding soon. |

| Eat some good fats!! Add fat to your meals with butter and mayo. In addition when you eat a fiberous carb like veggies you MUST eat it with protein/fat, or you'll crave. Drink your water, drink up. No sugar-free anything!!!! You will stall, and if you're anything like me you'll crave. Stick to DANDR and eat as DR. A stipulated and the food he stipulated. Do the FAT fast in DANDR to get things going, DR. A recommends this. Be Encouraged and Fight the Good Fight!!!
