metaforin helps some folk lose just by taking it. Others it has no weight loss effect on. it will help your cells use insulin better and that will cause a decrease in the production of insulin which is a fat storing horemone. it helps insulin resistant PCOS folk too with ovulating cause less insulin more estrogen
