Thank you everyone!!! I'm not going to make the same mistakes I made when pregnant with my son, which included eating everything I could get my hands on and drinking tons of diet soda! Nope this baby is going to be low carb if not perfect Atkins, as I don't want to be in ketosis anymore. I know there are many extra risks for someone with PCOS who is pregnant, which include higher risk of miscarraige, gestational diabetes, Preg. Induced hyper tension (which I had with my first son), and blood clots. So, its careful going from here! Have a GREAT weekend everyone! |
