Hello! I am new to this board and am thrilled to have found a place to discuss my new diet and PCOS. I am currently on a break from trying to get pregnant and am using this time to try and lose weight and get a little healthier. I have started aerobics classes and walking with a friend when its not too cold. I started induction yesterday and am ok so far. The one major thing Ive noticed is that the Metformin Im on doesnt bother my stomach as much when Im doing Atkins. That is definitely a benefit. Well, I just wanted to say hello!

Hi Sarah! Welcome aboard! Have you noticed any improvement in your symptoms now that you've been on induction for 9 days? I noticed some right away, but after three years, things really improved! Congrats on taking the necessary steps to fight back against PCO, and best of luck! You never know....sometimes just doing Atkins makes things happen in the baby way! It worked for me!
