| Just keep going the course! Don't let the weight thing bother you! Sometimes our PCOS bodies are so out of whack, it takes a while for this way of eating to regulate our hormones, and then the weight loss speeds up! This is the BEST diet for PCO, and you will start seeing and feeling improvements in no time! So many give up when the scale doesn't fall as dramatically as they would like, but I assure you, just keep it up! You are one pound closer to your goal then before, and at least, it isn't going up anymore! |

| Hello fellow PCOS sister! I know how unbelievably hard the first 2 weeks are. I was in the exact same boat, only 1-2 pounds in 9 days. Then all of a sudden it started falling off...really! Have faith! It will come. And you are right - it is the only thing we need to keep PCOS in check - my hormone levels are all fine now, and cycles went to 29 days every month! And....got pregnant twice which I thought would never happen. Best of luck to you
