| Hey Deeds ![]() Glad to hear things have begun moving in the right direction for you again! I KNOW your pain...and am also on metformin. I agree that the most important thing is diet and exercise in conjunction with the med...I'm glad that you came to the same conclusion |

| Thanks Cathy... For some time I was completely at a loss... but I knew I had lost the weight before and WANTED to do it again... and did not want PCOS to win! It has also made me more aware of my body and how to handle it! |
