 PCOS and the Maintenance Phase of Atkins | |
| My sister has PCOS and low blood sugar. She weighs about 94lbs and I was wondering if the maintenance phase of Atkins could help regulate her periods and help her concieve? I'm guessing that she would need to start out eating around 60-80 carbs daily to avoid weightloss. Anyone know? | |
